Coopérative de Solidarité Biblioterre is located on the unceded, unsurrendered traditional territory of the Algonquin Anishnabeg.

Although Biblioterre is the name many of us refer to the land by, we recognize that this name does not take precedence over Anishnabemowin names for the lands and waters of this territory.

Although Co-op Biblioterre is the purchaser and property owner of these boundaries under Canadian law, we recognize that this ownership is a colonial construct that does not take precedence over Algonquin law or Natural law.
